Deer management
Here at The Gamekeepers Table, we are not only providing you with quality wild Venison, but we also manage the deer that you consume. This is done through selective control and cull programmes. If you are a farmer, land owner or estate and have a high number of deer on your ground, we can help you with the management of them. This will benefit and protect crops, trees, plants and the overall health of the deer and the environment.
Wild Venison
Here at the Gamekeepers table we process the Venison down into steaks, joints, chops and processed products such as sausages and burgers. See our shop for our full products.
The welfare of the deer is paramount from field to fork. It is in these final stages that we instil our unique process which is dedicated not only to showcasing our meat in terms of flavour, but also achieving the best yield from our products.
Guided stalking
This forms part of our cull programs on select land.
we offer a unique experience to individual's or groups who would like to be a part of the field to folk process. It caterers to novice and experienced deer stalkers on areas of ground we professionally manage and is a fully insured service. Before heading out you will meet your professional and experienced guide and will be given a safety talk and will have time on the range to establish you shooting skills, Contact us to discuss our packages. Current species of deer available to stalk are Muntjac and Roe deer.
